How to set up a Secure Reporting Channel and ensure compliance

by

Companies with more than 250 employees have to provide a Channel to file complaints since June 2023 and smaller companies with 50-249 employees will be required to set it up from December 2023 onwards. Whistleblowers can use the channel to address different topics such as criminal activities, violations of labour law, of regulations on product safety, data protection etc.). At the same time, companies need to establish a process to protect the whistleblower and to follow up and report on the incidents.

Compliant – with little effort

Provide a secure channel for reporting potential violation of EU law or social and environmental risks to comply with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive.
